Vertical window element VFE is bottom-hung and installed vertically directly below a VELUX roof window. It is operated with a handle on the top sash. Frame and sash made of laminated pinewood are finished with triple coat. The exterior of the frame and sash is metal-clad and therefore maintenance-free. The window is equipped with an insulating glass unit.
