This roof-mounted ventilation terminal has 3 different modes: (1) natural, i.e. a passive stack, (2) enhanced with support of single low power fan for exhaust for peak summer conditions and (3)  recirculation with support of the fan to supply mixed air for low winter and summer night conditions with a risk of opening the low-level inputs.
